It is absolutely true that life has its ups and downs, but
through it all, we must learn to come out on top and stronger. Dancing through

staying happy and strong, not just now, or for tough days, but always.
GETTING SOME GOOD FRIENDS: “ the extent and quality of a
person’s social relationship are highly correlated with happiness.” Daniel Gilbert. Spend as much time with your friends
and family, those relationships will sustain you.

SMILING ALWAYS: If your face looks happy, your mood might
catch up to it. Kareem J. Johnson said “ when people are unhappy, they fixate.” People don’t need to be generally cheerful to
reap benefits, the effects resulted from them smiling, so no matter how bad it
seems, please smile. "resting face affects the mood too".
EAT RIGHT EVERYDAY: A diet composed of primarily processed meats,
pizza, fried foods, white bread, sugar, and beer increased the odds of
depression by 52%. Surprisingly, studies showed that a diet of fruits, salad,
fish, tofu, beans, nuts, yogurt, and red wine didn’t seem to help prevent poor
mood either. However, a diet of
vegetables, fruits, grass-fed meat, fish, and whole grains- as an eating
pattern that reduced the odds of depression and anxiety disorders by 35% and
32% respectively. The bottom line of this stories is that nothing beats having

EXERCISE: Aerobics exercise may do as much as a prescription

exercise, I would personally prescribe that you take part in more serious and physical
