Since your skin plays such an important role in protecting your body, you should keep it as healthy as you can. This will help you keep from getting sick or having damage to your bones, muscles, and internal organs.
If you do get a cut or scratch, clean it right away with soap and warm water and put on a bandage to protect it while it heals. This keeps dirt and germs from getting into the wound and causing an infection. If you come into contact with a plant like poison ivy, wash your skin and clothing right away. If you develop a rash, ask your pharmacist about over-the-counter medicines. For severe rashes, you might need to see your doctor.BUT......to keep your skin fresh and glowing, be sure to take note of the following
- Chronic constipation can prevent you from having beautiful and flawless skin; make sure you have daily bowel movement and keep your body detoxified.
- Remember that although they say without the sun there would be no life, with too much sun comes lifeless skin.... so reflect on mama's old saying that "too much of everything is bad"
- Eat enough skin enhancing foods or refer to my post http://www.ama-nuels.blogspot.com/2015/02/eating-well-living-well.html for more useful tips.
- Water...and more water.... drink lots of water to keep your skin hydrated, 6-8 cups is fair enough.
- I would never say this enough, exercise is good for everything, just about anything...with too much exercise you can never go wrong, this overdose doesn't pudge in a bad way... exercise your way to radiance, register at a gym and watch your skin and figure radiate.
- There are many therapeutic benefits of sauna, get an infrared sauna, its best for your body and your skin.
- Dry brushing the body with a natural bristle brush each day before shower is very beneficial for your skin.
- my favorite of all; zzzzZZZZZzzzzz sleep... Now too much of sleep is only bad that you might sleep your destiny away, but if you want to get to your destiny with beautiful flawless skin, please get enough sleep.
try these and thank me later.......
