WHAT YOUR FRIENDS SHOULD NEVER KNOW ABOUT YOUR RELATIONSHIP

As ladies I know we like to talk and share and have our little sister’s time, and sometimes men love to talk about money, life and women over some bottles of beer but if you intend to keep both your personal relationship with your partner and friend running good and apart, there’s are some things that your partner would hate to know that you are discussing with other people.

Let me kindly highlight five of them.

INCOME OR LACK OF IT : Success is important  for humans, (man or woman) NEVER go spreading the word that your partner has lost a job or is poorly paid. Finances are a personal thing between the two of you. Do not make your partner feel handicapped or inferior.

YOUR PARTNER’S PAST : You would be breaking a big trust if you mistakenly or purposely reveal episodes from the past that was confided in you. Painful memories and fears or regrets are not easy to disclose, please keep these confidential things to yourself.

YOUR PARTNER’S OPINION ON OTHERS: Everyone has their opinion about other people, be it good or bad. If  your partner criticizes someone to you, it was done in the strictest confidence I can assure you. So keep it to yourself or before you blink twice that criticism could get back to the person in question and some pretty awkward consequences might show up.

YOUR ARGUMENTS: It can be good to get things off your chest sometimes, but don’t relay every single argument with your partner to your friends. if you do, chances  are that you are likely to give an unfair negative image of your partner to your friends and they most definitely will get bored hearing about it.

A SECRET YET TO BE SHARED WITH YOUR PARTNER: TRICKY!  but if you have done something that you shouldn’t have then be very careful who you tell that secret. It’s bad enough that you have done something that will hurt your partner, but if everybody knows and your partner is the uniformed “lastman”  things might get devastating and terribly ugly when the truth gets out.
